For many people with a serious illness, the most reassuring place to be is in the familiar surroundings of their own home.

The Norfolk Hospice care team works with hospital and community nurses, GPs and other medical staff, social workers and other providers of care in order to make this possible.  

Our professional nursing staff bring specialist skills and a wealth of experience, health care assistants provide skilled and sensitive personal care and support and trained volunteers may help with simple domestic tasks and offer companionship and respite for family and friends.

Referrals for Home Hospice Support are normally requested by a nurse or social worker. However we are happy to receive requests directly from patients and carers.
