Grand East Anglia Run

The Bespak Grand East Anglia Run (GEAR) is a 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) road race, suitable for a range of abilities. It is a one-lap course around the centre of King's Lynn. The course is on paths and roads, and is flat and fast.


Taking place in early May each year, GEAR is fast gaining an excellent reputation as both a first class regional athletics event and a brilliant charity fun run.

The atmosphere on the day is fantastic, with 2,000 runners being cheered on by crowds of spectators.
