Silver Anniversary Quiz
2009 is the Silver Anniversary year for The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House, and marks the continuous provision of life-enhancing services for our patients and their carers throughout this time. One of the many and varied ways in which we are marking this anniversary year is by inviting all those who support the Hospice to take part in this light-hearted quiz, and to get the chance to win one of our exciting prizes.
This is an ideal tea or coffee-break quiz, with some big prizes for the lucky winners. Ask your friends to help, or better still print off some copies of the entry form for them so that they can take part too!

• Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for two at the Le Strange Hotel, Hunstanton
• Tour of Elgoods Brewery
• Tour of Wisbech Council Chambers followed by lunch with the Mayor & Mayoress (Cllr & Mrs Jonathan Farmer)
• Mini facial by Sheena of Top to Toe, Old Hunstanton
• Waitrose shopping voucher worth £20
The Questions:
Inside the entry form you will find five intriguing themed sections, each of which contain 10 clues to answers. There is an extra little clue alongside each heading to help you.
Even if you only manage to fully answer and complete any ONE of the sections, please still submit your entry as there will be FIVE separate draws, with FIVE separate prizes.

Submit your entries to the Fundraising Office at the address shown on the quiz form by Wednesday 1 April 2009 at the latest to qualify for the prize draws.
All profits from the quiz will go directly towards the on-going work of the Hospice.
