Light up a Life
Remember a loved one, support your local Hospice. Light up a Life is your chance to dedicate a light as an individual memorial to someone special.
A time for celebrating the life and love of those who are dear to us.
The act of lighting a light speaks to people in different ways. Individual lights remind us of particular people whose lives have illuminated our own. Each light celebrates the life and love of someone special, memories which may be evocatively happy, sometimes moving and, at times, painfully sad.
Over the Christmas period, we will be holding a number of services to enable you to celebrate the life of someone special - someone who is no longer with us, a friend or family member who is always in your thoughts.
The services include moments of reflection, the lighting-up of candles as well as Christmas carols and readings, as people from all walks of life come together in a supportive and evocative atmosphere. The services are open to everyone, not just people whose loved ones were cared for by a Hospice.
The primary purpose of this event is to give those who have lost loved ones the opportunity to come together, to remember them, and to relive and cherish the many happy memories of their lives.
The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House wishes to advise that we are currently planning our services for this year. Our book of remembrance from last year is available for names to be added and if you would like further details, please contact Julie Boyd on 01485 542891 or email Julie Boyd.
