Lottery Gift Vouchers

Lottery Gift Vouchers are available to purchase with a gift card so that you may add your own message and are available for 13, 26 or 52 weeks membership.

How to buy a Lottery Gift Voucher

By phone: Simply call the Fundraising Office on 01485 542891, with your debit or credit card details

By post: Download a Gift Voucher Application Form, complete it and send it with a cheque for the appropriate amount to: The Norfolk Hospice , Tapping House, 5, Old Church Road, Snettisham, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE 31 7LX.

In person: Download a Gift Voucher Application Form, complete it and take it to one of our shops or to a local collection point. Alternatively, the shops and collection points have copies of the form which you may complete to make your purchase.

Please note:

The person for whom the gift voucher is purchased must be over 16 years of age.

When the gift expires, a renewal invitation will be sent to the recipient.
