Bespak GRAND EAST ANGLIA RUN
Now in its seventh year, this one-lap course around the centre of King's Lynn is an exact 10 kilometres (6.2 miles).  The course is on paths and roads, and is flat and fast. It is suitable for wheelchairs and an excellent venue for spectators.
