Join in a fun Night Out for Ladies (or gents dressed as ladies) in Norwich.
Take part in The Norfolk Hospice’s Moonlight Walk on 25th May 2012.

We will start from Norwich City Football Club at 10pm., and take a 7 mile stroll around Norwich.

Registration fee for the walk is £10, and you can pay this through our online shop, by phoning us with your credit card details at 01485 542891, or by sending a cheque payable to The Norfolk Hospice to The Norfolk Hospice, Common Road(West), Snettisham, King's Lynn, PE31 7PF.

Conditions of Entry

These conditions have been put in place to ensure the safety of all walkers taking part in the event. To take part in the event you understand and agree to the following:

• The Norfolk Hospice, their employees and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, accident, loss or damage or public liability.
• You should be of reasonable health and fitness to undertake this challenge
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• This is a sponsored event. Sponsorship money should be returned to The Norfolk Hospice within 6 weeks of the event taking place. If you raise £100 The Norfolk Hospice will be able to provide carer support groups throughout the year for at least one person.
• You will be walking along public roadways at night and this in itself is potentially hazardous.
• Your nominated emergency contact MUST be available on the night and NOT someone who is participating in the walk.
• Once registered if you are unable to walk for whatever reason you must inform us as soon as possible.
• The Norfolk Hospice reserves the right to cancel this event at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• By checking the box in the online form or by signing the paper registration form you accept these Conditions of Entry and agree to follow the reasonable directions of The Norfolk Hospice and abide by the rules and conditions of entry for the Moonlight Walk.
