Great East Anglia Run - May 2009
The GEAR is a 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) road race, suitable for a range of abilities. It is a one-lap course around the centre of King's Lynn. The course is on paths and roads, and is flat and fast.
The atmosphere on the day is fantanstic with 2000 runners being cheered on by the gathered multitude spectating. The GEAR is set to enter its fourth year and is fast becoming renowned as both a first class regional athletics event and a brilliant charity fun run.
Why not get involved and join our team of runners? If you are interested in running for The Norfolk Hospice, simply fill in our online form to request further information. We will then send you out a sponsor form together with an information pack for the 2009 event as soon as this becomes available.
When the 2009 race appears on organisers' website at www.greateastangliarun.co.uk then Hospice runners will need to register there (make sure you enter "The Norfolk Hospice" in the team name).
