Barclays in King's Lynn held an inaugural charity Golf Day at Tydd St. Giles Golf and Country Club. The event, organised by Barclays Business Managers Jamie Biggadike and David Norris, was a huge success. Supported by local businesses it was a great day for those who took part - the weather, along with an outstanding course, tested all the teams. After an excellent meal and a raffle the winning team was announced as Fraser Dawbarns Solicitors.

Jamie Biggadike, Barclays Business Manager said,

We had been looking for a charity to support and The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House was chosen for the outstanding service they provide in the local community. Over £2100 was raised from the day which will go to provide much needed specialist care. I would like to thank all the teams that took part and we look forward to doing it all again next year.

Tammy Green, Senior Fundraising Manager at The Norfolk Hospice said,

On behalf of everyone at The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House thank you to Barclays, Kings Lynn for organising such a great day. It has been brilliant to partner up with Barclays and I look forward to continuing the relationship so we can continue to provide all of our Hospice services in the local community.
