Charity Golf Day raises £5,147

Our Charity Golf Day took place on Friday 22nd July at Middleton Hall Golf Club and has raised £5,147 for The Norfolk Hospice.

The winning team was Stephenson Smart who very kindly donated their prize money back to the Hospice.

We'd also like to say a huge thank you our headline sponsor Adrian Flux Insurance Services and our hole sponsors: Stephenson Smart, Colin Dawson Windows and Allen Tomas & Co Financial Management Ltd.

There was also a raffle and silent auction on the day.

Thank you Middleton Hall Golf Club and our volunteers Jean, Sue, Val and Paul who helped make this event possible.

Woodwork Group Volunteers

Introducing our Butterfly Meadow

This summer during the Platinum Jubilee year, hundreds of steel blue butterflies will be installed in the gardens of Sandringham House in a collaborative project with The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House and the Royal Sandringham Estate.

The Butterfly Meadow

In a collaborative project between The Sandringham Estate, The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House and local craftsman Nigel Barnett, an installation of 2,500 butterflies will go on display in the gardens at Sandringham to form a Butterfly Meadow open to visitors from 16th July to 1st September.

Meet our staff and volunteers

The Hospice is run by a team of paid full time and part time staff and over 300 volunteers, some of whom commit to working several hours every week for the Hospice, whilst others volunteer a few hours in a year to help out.
Our history

The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House serves a geographical area of around 550 square miles across Norfolk and the Fens and a population catchment area of around 165,000 people.
