The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House was founded in 1984 by Dr Hugh Ford. Over time the Hospice has grown substantially thanks to the dedicated team of volunteers, staff and trustees.
The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House serves a geographical area of around 550 square miles across Norfolk and the Fens and a population catchment area of around 165,000 people. Read more
The Hospice is run by a team of paid full time and part time staff and over 300 volunteers, some of whom commit to working several hours every week for the Hospice, whilst others volunteer a few hours in a year to help out. Read more
The Hospice has a Board of Trustees who have ultimate responsibility for corporate governance. The Board has two sub committees, one responsible for Finance, Finance and Investment Committee and one for Care, Clinical Governance Committee. Read more
