Our lottery is so easy to join - you can pay for your membership by standing order, cheque, debit card (over the phone) or cash.

You can download and print our Lottery application form at home. Once completed, please send it back to us using our Freepost address:

The Norfolk Hospice
King's Lynn
PE31 6BH

(Please do not send cash by post - cash payments can only be made in person at the Hospice or at our Hospice Shops.)

Alternatively please call us on 01485 601701 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) or email [email protected] to request an application form and we will happily send one out to you along with a Freepost envelope to return it back to us.

Please note that you can also call us if you would prefer to pay by debit card over the phone.

Once you have signed up, you will receive an introductory letter stating your member number and random unique lottery number(s). This unique number will stay the same throughout the duration of your Hospice Lottery membership.

If you decide to pay by standing order your bank will automatically pay us your membership. If you choose to pay by cheque, cash or debit card we will send you a reminder letter when your account has only £2 left on it - so you can chose whether to make a new payment to continue playing in the lottery. This ensures that you don't run out of credit on your account and accidentally miss any lottery draws.

You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked! Regardless of how you make your payments, please call the Fundraising & Lottery Office on 01485 601701 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) or email [email protected] so that we can update our records. This will prevent us sending you any unnecessary reminder letters.
