We are looking to recruit the following:

Lottery Administrator
Salary: £17,961
Hours: Full time with occasional weekend/evening working                                                  Holidays: 25 days plus 8 days public holidays

We are looking for a Lottery Administrator to join our fundraising team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and running the weekly in-house lottery, ensuring all aspects are completed accurately including standing order instructions, maintaining the lottery database (Combase) and acting as a point of contact for lottery enquiries.  You will have proven experience of databases and MS Office applications, be able to demonstrate accuracy with good attention to detail, along with excellent customer service skills.  Ability to use your own initiative to make decisions, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.  Although the lottery will be the principal post the applicant will also be expected to integrate with the fundraising team and be involved in fundraising activities as well as helping out with general fundraising administration.
