During this national crisis we are all feeling worried, stressed and anxious.  Many are unable now to leave their houses.  It can help to spend a short time focusing your thoughts onto something else to distract from the worry.

To help you we have created a short beach relaxation which you can either just listen to or listen and watch the changing pictures to help you to focus your attention more deeply.
