What's happening Event diary Trader event information and terms and conditions We invite applications for traders at The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House 2018 Car Show and Family Fun Day which is taking place at Sandringham Visitors Centre on Sunday 2nd September 2018. Further information about the event, including how to apply to display a Classic Car can be found here. All places for traders are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis and require approval from The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House, and Sandringham Estate Office. We will be giving application priority to stallholders who are Norfolk based and sell local produce/products. Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible.Our intention is to offer a wide range of shopping options, entertainment, and experiences to our attendees and will, therefore, endeavour to keep traders selling similar items to a minimum. Pitch Sizes Non-food/drink trader stalls will be allocated a pitch of 3m x 3m, if you require more space please contact Jessica Walker or call 01485 601701. Food/drink traders stall sizing will need to be confirmed. No guarantee can be given as to the location of any trade stand. Pricing £40.00 per stall (3m x 3m) £150.00 per stall for food/drink trader application (sizing of stall TBC) Successful applicants will be required to make a full payment upfront prior to the event. Gazebos You will be required to bring your own heavy duty gazebo, which must be secured with ropes, pegs and weighted at each leg. The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House cannot be held responsible for any damage to your gazebo. Electricity Electricity is not provided, if you require electricity you will need to bring your own generator which will need to be approved by The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House. Grounds Any exhibitor who breaks the soil of the field for the purpose of fixing their stall must restore as found. Traders will be held responsible for any damage done to the property of Sandringham Estate. Goods & Services Description Traders must only sell goods specified in their application. Any changes to those stated on the application must be made clear to the event organisers at least two weeks prior to the event. The event organisers reserve the right to close or restrict any stall selling items NOT previously stated. Unloading 10.00am - 4.00pm on Saturday 1st September 2018 7.00am - 8.30am on Sunday 2nd September 2018 Cars may be brought on to the site and driven up to your pitch for unloading, but please note there are to be no vehicle movements during the event from 9.00am until 6.30pm on Sunday 2nd September 2018.The speed limit within the site is 5mph at all times. Please also use hazard warning lights. No vehicles will be able to drive on/off the site during the eventThe Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House cannot be held responsible for any stock/items left onsite overnight and under no circumstances can be held liable for any loss or damage to your stock, however, this may be caused. It is the responsibility of each stallholder to ensure that you have adequate insurance and it is a condition of booking that you understand and accept this. Site License The event reserves the right to refuse access to traders either prior to the event or during the event if your installation does not fit the description given on this agreement or upon contravention of any of the terms and conditions in this document (in which case your pitch fee will not be refunded). Traders selling items or services that are illegal, may cause harm or offence to the public, or breach health and safety guidelines will be asked to cease trading and will forfeit their payment. All traders must also display price information and a business name and address. Insurance All stallholders shall indemnify The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House against all liabilities, actions, costs, claims and compensations for injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising as a result of their trading at the event or any act, omission or negligence done or omitted by the stallholder, their employees, or any other person under their direction.Each stallholder must possess current in date Third Party/Public Liability Insurance. Food/drink traders must have cover of £5 million and non-food traders are required to carry £1m cover and must produce documenting evidence of cover before the event.The operation of any food business/stall must comply with the Food Safety Act 1990 and any other associated regulations Terms and Conditions All stallholders must comply with directions and instructions issued by all Hospice Staff and Representatives, if this is not followed the trader may be asked to leave site.By accepting a stall all traders agree to be photographed by The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House for future publicity purposes.The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House reserves the right to cancel the event at its own discretion at any time before the event, in which case all payments received will be refunded in full. If a trader is unable to attend the event, the trader will not receive a refund for the payment of the stall.Applications must be accompanied by the relevant documentation including Public Liability Insurance, food hygiene certificates, etc. and payment.We require all exhibitors to take their rubbish offsite with them after the event.
