It's not just the grass cutting Michael enjoys - he tells us what else he likes about being a volunteer

I was a bit shy when I started but volunteering has really built my confidence. I have made new friends and now look forward to meeting new people. I love gardening so volunteering with the Maintenance team is real fun for me - especially cutting the grass with the ride on mower! But the best thing so far has to be meeting the Queen on the official opening day in February 2016, I was so proud.
