We have created a series of relaxation videos which can help to manage anxious thoughts, and calm the body and mind.  They are of varying lengths and with different focus.  

They are most effective when you have a quiet moment, without distractions, sitting or lying in a comfortable place.  You can close your eyes and follow the spoken track, or watch the videos as you listen.  It is your choice.
